Been following this guy on "You book face tube," for a while now and he releases a vid for every week. They're only 5 mins long and gives you some guidance on what to look out for. In this link at the 3.40 min mark you can see the muscleman cluster right above his head. I remember looking for this a few weeks back and when I found it had a chuckle at him thieving stars from the double cluster.
