I seem to be the proud owner (or will be when it gets here) of the other eBay Swift 831.

Nowhere near as good a condition and no box (sadly) but the scope...GEM mount and tripod was £100...I was the only bidder in the end.

Looking forward to getting it...I can make a case for it and I intend keeping it in the warm room and putting a mini pier outside the warm room on the patio part so that I can use this one just for observing and planetary imaging...probably with my little QHY5L-II. (motorised of course!)

I'll post some pictures up when it arrives.
