DriBOX

I don't have an obsy so the scope gets dragged into the garden whenever I need to use it. The initial problem I faced was that the extension lead was sitting on the grass between the legs of the scope with all the bits plugged into it. All fine until it starts getting damp. Being still to young to be electrocuted while observing the heavens I resorted to putting the electricals in an Electrostatic Isolation Device or plastic bucket or as most people call it.

So for Xmas Mr's W. wanting her mop bucket back brought me a Dribox and frankly they are great and not overly expensive. Quite a few places are selling them now here a link to Amazon http://www.amazon.co.uk/DriBox-Weatherproof-Outdoor-Electrical-Connection/dp/B003O2X6T8/ref=sr_1_1?s=outdoors&ie=UTF8&qid=1331822478&sr=1-1

Overall not a bad bit of kit for keeping your electrical bits dry.
