Polar Finder New Reticule available

Postby Brutie » Sat Nov 25, 2017 6:36 pm

I just stumbled on an update to the popular Polar Finder tool written by Dr Jason Dale. It's an updated reticule which has a more finer series of marks ie 72 instead of the original 24. Could be handy if you have one of the newer Skywatcher polarscopes or would just like a few more lines to guide you.

Anyway here is a link to the website which has a link to download the PF program and also a link to download the updated reticule file as well as instructions to install it. If you already have the program you only need d/load the new reticule file. Very quick and easy.

BTW I see there are more than one programs called polar finder. This link takes you to the one everyone recommends written by Dr Jason Dale.
