Good evening all, new member here from rainy North Gloucestershire! I've been into all things astronomy since childhood, but have only recently got round to owning a telescope! (I'm a fairly new parent, so whilst my bikes languish in the shed, astronomy is perfect when the little ones are tucked up!) Currently enjoying the view with a celestron 8se SCT on its standard nexstar alt-az mount, but have stumbled down the rabbit hole that is imaging! I've had a go at some planetary stuff with my altair 224 hypercam, but am currently investigating EQ mounts for the next stage! looking forward to chatting with everyone!

James
