North and South on the Sun

For those who can't decide if there's not enough day, or not enough night!

*** WARNING ***

Do not EVER look directly at the Sun through a telescope or in any other way, unless you have the proper filters and have been educated in their proper use. This can cause INSTANT eye damage, and remember, you only get ONE pair of eyes!

Hi, If I'm looking at a small portion of the sun through a filter and a web cam so as to take images how can I determine the correct orientation of the Sun's North and South pole? Using an altazimuth goto scope and because of the movement of the Sun through the sky won't the poles 'move about' so to speak? Maybe it's impossible but I'm not sure.
