Hi all, would one single dark frame do for a bad pixel map to work? Or do I still need to take a load of dark frames to create a bad pixel map? Camera is my 1100d dslr and nebulosity 4 software, thanks in advance

Nebulosity Instruction manual says you can use one dark or a stack. You can use the threshold slider if you are not happy with default.

I use Neb to create and remove bad pixels, I just use a single 15 min dark.

No i just use the default setting, adjusting the slider just picks up more pixels, and can over cook it............just try the default setting
