Hi Carole,

I switched to a standard powered USB3 7-Port hub and have no problem at all since more than a year.
I had problems with USB2 hubs in the past.
Meanwhile I am using the two USB2 ports on the ASI294MC for the guiding cam and dewband controller.
It also works fine.
