Andromeda with Smartphone

Postby AstroChris » Thu Aug 08, 2019 8:51 am

Hey!
Yesterday it rained but after the sky cleared up there was a crystal clear and dark (relatively speaking) sky. Sadly it was past 0:00 so i wasn't about to assembly the rig. But i got my smartphone (see my last post in 'widefield') and took some images.
I gathered

with my LG G6 on f1.8
50x 20 sec lights iso1600
10 darks
No tracking, just the tripod
Processed in Gimp2

It's a cropped image. I had trouble with a nasty gradient because of streetlights near by... Man this lights...

My first galaxy with a Smartphone!! *yea*

Greetings
Chris
