.MOV in autostakkert!2

Hi all,

Just wondering what is the best way to use/convert my DSLR's .MOV video files so that autostakkert!2 can read them.

Ive currently got 2 ways, using PIPP but the files seem to come out huge, like 15gb for a 1 min video, or FFmpeg in the autostakkert!2 directory so i converts in app but not sure if this has an effect on quality.
