OK Guys, I know I'm just a country bumpkin from the wrong side of the pond but I have looked EVERYWHERE I can think of on this site to actually find out where to properly put a link to an image. It can't be just the cut and paste thing, one of the other members told me to look for the dual IMG tags at the top of the page (which page??) and my file URL should go there. Couldn't find it. Please, talk to me like I was six years old, help me do the links correctly so Dion doesn't paint my corrector plate flat black! Reid

Ah-HA, you guys failed to mention one little itsy bitsy detail....you need to be in FULL EDITOR mode to see that little stinkin IMG button. It isn't on the quick reply section. Now I'm almost as smart as you guys! :)) OK, not really, but at least I know how to go about putting up a link to my stuff in photobucket. It's a sure thing that I will forget this by next year though... Alrighty then, thank you illustrious leader of the night crawlers, I'm on my way now! Clear Skies and calm winds everyone..>Reid

In a nut shell :- It's a public website that you upload your pics to, then you copy the URL link and paste it into your post on the shed.

open this http://s1302.photobucket.com/

then create an account, it's nearly self explanatory from there but if not just get onto mini chat and catch someone to talk you thro it

Hope this helps someone out there

firstly you will need an account with Photobucket simply go to photobucket
http://photobucket.com/
Click on sign up top right
you will be taken to a signing on form
enter your email and passwords date of birth Male / female
then slide the arrow to the right top confirm your human
OK now you can choose 2GB 1000 images with adds Free of charge
or +20GB 11000 images add free $2.99 / Month approx £1.90
or finally +50GB 26000 images add free $4.99 / Month approx £3.15

once you have chose you can then make a start i normally upload my images to Photobucket
at 640 x 480 to set this for your uploads click the settings icon looks (like a small gearwheel)
found to the top right of the main drag and drop box once opened choose the size you want
your photo's uploaded at and press save, ok you don't have to worry about size ever again LOL.

Ok so lets choose an image and upload to Photobucket start by clicking the middle blue box
Choose photos & videos this will open your pictures folder where you can choose the picture
you wish to upload double click the picture and it will then upload into Photobucket.
you will then be given a few storage options which you can use to personalise your storage
for now lets just click the home option this will take you to your home page and you will now see
your photo to then copy the code (there are many ways to do this) but we will just do it really simply for practice
Double click on your picture when you do this it will open up in an editing screen forget the edits for now just
look to the right of your picture where you will see a links to share this picture box.
There are 4 options you need to click on the bottom link IMG as you click on the URL inside this box it will say copied, ok now we can move to the new topic box add your title write what ever you wish and then hit enter to give a little space between writting and picture and then either right click and paste or press control and v a line of text will appear this is the image code you copied from Photobucket.
Don't worry any more about this after the paste simply press enter to move the cursor down finish you text and submit. TIP its always a good idea to preview your post before submitting it that way you will see what everyone else is going to as soon as you hit the submit button.

Heres one of my favourites
